Smartcoins Wallet - A Cryptocurrency Wallet for Global Transactions
Smartcoins Wallet is a free Android application developed by BitShares-Munich. This app provides a secure and user-friendly platform for global transactions using market-pegged tokens called Smartcoins. These tokens are pegged to fiat currencies like the US Dollar, Euro, Yuan, Franc, as well as assets like Businesses, Indexes, Gold, and Oil. The application is designed to ensure absolute security with Graphene blockchain-based technology, end-to-end encryption, BrainKey, multi-signature account permissions, auto-encrypted backups, auto-close, and PIN verifications.
With Smartcoins Wallet, users can send and receive Smartcoins and User Issued Assets (UIAs), receive eReceipts via merchant QR codes, and receive Loyalty Points from participating merchants. The app also includes Overdraft Protection, WSS Hopping, and a large Memo field for sending payments. This wallet is much faster, cheaper, and safer than carrying cash or cards, with transactions taking just a few seconds and costing only a few cents. Smartcoins Wallet is available in 44 languages and is auditable on Github.
